Fifty percent into the book the author starts the tips for better sleep portion of the book. These are also common sense thing well known to most people: go to sleep on schedule, keep the room dark, use eye mask, use separate beds, don't drink before bed time are examples of the tips. The only tip I have not heard of before was "replace your pillow every 12 months". If someone owns a good pillow that should not be necessary. I did not learn anything new and I did not find this book helpful.

I was having difficulty in keeping a good sleep lately. Sometimes I woke up middle of the night then get a hard time getting back on sleep or even if I go to bed early it takes me an hour to fall asleep. But thanks to this book, I have found the contributing factors why it happen to me and how I can address it properly to correct my sleep for better sleep health. This will give you a better understanding of why sleep is vital for our body, the stages of sleep, tips for better sleep, myths about sleep and a whole lot more. If you have the discipline and willpower to follow the tips then this book can make a lot of wonders on your sleep health.
Insomnia is very serious diseases. Sleep is very valuable in our life as it directly effects our health and our whole day depends upon the amount of sleep we have every day. I found this book informative and helpful. There were 74 tips to have quality sleep, among them there were some tips which was very funny though it works for having better sleep. I am happy that I found this book with some solutions that really works for me. Sometime I could not sleep due to busy schedule and sometimes body pains. I hope the tips mention in this book will also work for other who are suffering from insomnia. Highly recommended.
I was recommended to check out this book and I'm really glad that I did! It's an interesting read and there's some good information in the book. I particularly enjoyed the section talking about removing bright bulbs from your room, this is something that I'm going to do immediately. From this resource I was able to learn more about getting better sleep which I will be able to implement into my life. It says that it will teach you myths about sleep and it delivers on this statement. For the price it's a good value. I would recommend checking this book out.
Very thorough and helpful tips for people having problem in sleeping. The author aims to help sleep deprived person to gain adequate and higher quality of sleep. He even mentioned common sleep disorders and its pointers in dealing with it. I, for one, had some trouble in sleeping every time I'm so busy with work and there were times that I just want to stretch out the whole day, and that became a habit. Reason why I got so interested in reading the whole book, and it sustained all tricks that I need to have a better sleep and improve my sleeping habits.

I highly recommend this book, as a result of following some tips from the author, I think an improvement is anticipated. Kudos to the author!
Sleep is essential to our health and it is something known that the absence of sleep can bring major medical complications. This book has everything you need to know, from the first chapter the author teaches you about the sleep stages, when it is the time when our body relaxes and what happens in our brains while we sleep, that was most important to me.
On the other hand it gives you useful tips to improve your sleep and improve your performance on the day. With this book I learned a lot about the conditions of sleep. I recommend this book if you are suffering from insomnia or any other sleep disorder so you can identify the root of your problem and find a healthier solution.
It doesn't seem to matter how much or how little sleep I get, I generally feel tired during the day. From this book I've learned that it's probably not the amount of sleep I'm getting but rather the quality of sleep. I've picked up plenty of tips that I'm keen to try out to see if they help. I'll also be changing my bedtime sleep habits as I've also learned that actually I've picked up quite a few bad habits that are probably not helping me at all - like varying bed times, reading from a tablet in bed, not having the room perfectly dark ... actually I hadn't realized just how many bad sleep habits I have got until I read this! Looks like I've got quite a few changes ahead. Whether you have trouble getting to sleep or, like me, don't sleep well once you are asleep then I would definitely recommend you read this book as there's loads of advice for all kinds of issues
I've always struggled with getting proper sleep and I think I've tried pretty much everything, from buying expensive mattresses to trying to get myself as tired as possible before bed, sometimes it works but more often than not I never feel fully rested in the morning.

I'm really hoping this book will help and so far its given me some great ideas which I'm going to try, anything to get a decent night sleep!

There's a great introduction to this book which talks about all those things which we forget about (or ignore!) that can have a very negative affect on sleep patterns and reduce our performance , things like 'depression' and 'anxiety', and the book also goes onto explain what reduced sleep actually means in term of things like weight gain, weakened immune system and reduced sex drive etc. It certainly made me think about how this is really affecting me.

I particulary like the section about 'tricks for better sleep'. There seems to be some really good advice in here and I'm trying to action these at the moment, I think some are starting to have a positive effect already!

If you or someone you know can't sleep or you just want to find out more about why a good nights sleep is so important, this is a very good read
